各位你好，我是Miss Gigi，亦是Baby Brain 的創辦人。本人從事古典音樂演奏多年，曾在本港及海外演奏與教學。在我接觸過幼兒教育後，我決意重返校園鑽研修讀幼兒教育，並獲取紐西蘭當地、澳洲及香港的認可幼兒教師資格。其後任教於奧克蘭瑞吉歐啟發的幼兒中心親身體驗及見証到瑞吉歐教學如何幫助幼兒的全人成長及發展。
作為幼兒教師，我相信為孩子提供一個合適而有意義的學習環境，讓他們親身體驗整個學習過程。看見他們專注及積極地參與，便知道他們正在汲取及建構更豐富的知識。而我的個人教育理念亦堅持以幼兒身心健康發展為大前提，協助幼兒認識自我和他們身邊的世界。
我相信每個孩子都是獨特的。當我們用心去傾聽並回應他們所想和需要時，學習便真正開始。

Hello, I'm Phyllis. I graduated from University of Lincoln, UK with an Honours degree in Psychology and Child Studies.
After moving to Hong Kong, I started my teaching at a local Kindergarten / Nursery as a NET teacher. I particularly enjoyed teaching singing and observing children’s behaviour. As I strongly believe that by understanding the needs of the children, I can improve both my teaching and lesson planning to include more meaningful experiences for the children.
After all these years of teaching, I have learnt that every child from birth are unique. Hence I'm excited to share these learnings for children to learn through exploration, play and close guidance at Baby Brain.
